Bio
I'm a New York-raised Californian, filmmaker, photographer, partner and parent. My non-fiction career began in the Gulf of Mexico, aboard fishing boats and a 4-seat Cessna, documenting the impacts of a deepwater oil spill.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, I spent several years working and learning in New York before moving to the Bay Area in 2015. Throughout the last decade, I’ve been fortunate to immerse myself here and help shape some of San Francisco’s most influential brands.
My independent work is focused on the stories I was drawn to in the beginning, about wildlife, natural systems and people. Some of my recent and ongoing films follow coyotes in San Francisco, newts in Marin County and goats grazing across California.
